There are many who have a fetish, for lack of a better word, for womens leather shoes. Not a weird fetish, but they draw conclusions about women on account of their footwear. Obviously a woman with a plain pair of womens leather shoes in the guise of pumps will not garner that much attention, though there is always an admirer of pumps in the crowd.
Womens leather shoes is a generic category that includes leather boots. Are not boots just higher shoes? In this fetish category there are many men that are turned on by the sight of women in leather boots. This includes suede, which is also in the category of leather. But, the womens leather shoes that appeal to men the most are traditional leather boots.
Today, but not necessarily continuing into the future, the fashion is for women to wear leather boots approaching the knee, with high heels and pointed. Depending upon the texture of the leather, this can be considered very sexy. A high leather boot that is shiny and made of supple leather will garner the woman much attention. It is open to question as to whether the woman is wearing these high shiny boots purely as a fashion statement or whether she has an ulterior motive.
It is certain most men would consider the act of wearing these high leather boots provocative. Not provocative in a negative sense but provocative as a statement saying “I am sexy.” There is nothing wrong with this feeling on the part of the woman. When the woman puts on the womens leather shoes aka boots, she is displaying her femininity and there is nothing wrong with that. It is not absurd to believe that a vast majority of men enjoy the winter, even though they might hate the cold and snow, just to get to see the myriad of women clad in high leather boots.
