The rice soup diet
Rice is very healthy and helps both in dieting, and in maintenance. Asians eat a lot of wild rice and thus with a good digestion you can avoid weight gain and promote fast weight loss. Rice is also recommended if you can not give up white bread, which although tasty, it does not offer anything to the body apart for calories and cholesterol.
By eating rice instead of bread you cut calories, you will feel full of life and your waist will visibly thin. For people who feel the need for flour foods, this is the ideal diet. This is the best way to lose weight.
The rice soup from the diet is very easy to prepare and it is not time consuming. It is easy on the pocket, and it suits any budget. You need only 3.5 ounces of rice, an onion, a ripe tomato, 1 green pepper, 2 carrots and parsley. Boil all the ingredients and you’ll add a few spices for taste, and you are ready to start the diet.
The rice soup diet is as follows:
- Monday:
Morning: a bowl of fresh fruit (apples, pears, apricots),
Lunch: 250 ml of rice soup and 3.5 ounces of grilled fish,
Dinner: 100 ml of rice soup and some walnuts.
- Tuesday:
Morning: cornflakes with yogurt
Lunch: vegetable gratin in the oven with some cheese,
Dinner: 250 ml of rice soup
- Wednesday:
Morning: scrambled eggs with bacon and garlic,
Lunch: mushrooms and dried fruit,
Evening: 200 ml of rice soup
- Thursday:
Morning: boiled rice in sweet milk,
Lunch: 250 ml of tomato juice, 250 ml of rice soup,
Dinner: 2 oranges
- Friday:
Morning: cold tuna with olive oil and green onions,
Lunch: 250 ml of rice soup
Dinner: salad
That is the rice soup diet. I don’t advise you to use this diet more than once in a 3 months period of time. That way the diet will maintain its effectiveness and you will also avoid harming your body.
