The Embarrassment Of Night Sweats

Menopause and perimenopause can be a difficult time for women. Between having to deal with the emotional ups and downs, changes in energy level and ability to sleep, along with the significant change to the next phase of your life. As if that isn’t enough most women also experience night sweats. Of course the night sweats are usually part of the reason why it’s harder to sleep. Waking up in a sweat doesn’t exactly help one sleep.

But luckily there are some treatments available from hormone replacement to natural options for women going through menopause. Different treatments seem to work differently on each person, but with some help from a doctor or naturopath and a little trial and error most women can find at least a little relief.
