Laptops 101
The laptop computer’s fame is quite unbearable to imagine. Even the fact that some people even want to ask for free laptops online is ironic.
Yes we all know that this type of computer is handy, user friendly, with less power consumption, and less noise compared to desktop computers. But for those tech-savvy individuals they find this portable unwise to use for it runs slower and has issues with regard to the graphics and sound.
In most laptops the graphics/video card is integrated into the motherboard. Meaning the card is not removable you can’t even upgrade it. Replacing the motherboard or having the computer serviced at a local computer repair shop would be the best solution. But if you determined that your video card is not part of the motherboard, double-check that the card is not loose by removing the card from the computer and then re-inserting the video card back into the same slot it was removed. If it didn’t resolve the problem, try using another video card.
If you’re still experiencing the same issue you should find yourself to the nearest computer store to grab a new video card.
With regard to laptop speakers not working as it used to be, it is quite a rare occurrence. In case it will happen to your computer try to check the following:
- Try to use earphones or plug in external speakers, do you hear any sound? If yes, then you definitely have a hardware problem.
- In playing music do you get an error or warning message? If so then the problem is probably software related.
Go to the website of that system and download the latest Audio driver there. In that website you will be asked to provide your model and also the number then they will provide you with the available audio drivers.
