How To Spot a Bad Tub Chair

Taking the time to look into the finer details when buying a tub chair can save you time and money. Most chairs will have a label under the seat that tells you where it was made. The country is important if you are looking for quality. China and Tiawan are where the cheaper kinds are made, usually in big factories that pump out thousands every week. The materials used are inferior and cheap, and this is reflected in the standard of the tub chair you get.

They may look stylish and comfortable, but the proof is when you actually get them home and try sitting on them day in day out. The first thing to go are the springs, and you will know this because you will hear creaking noises when you sit down. The joints may also make this noise, and it is a sure sign that things are not right. Having to replace them will cost quite a lot, and is not ideal, but that is the risk you take if you buy a mass produced chair.
