Delicious cake at Christmas time
Christmas is the time of year for baking. For those who make cakes all the year round it is an even more intense time, as the almond meal and mixed spice are brought home, the mixed peel is cut into small pieces and the puddings are mixed and put on to boil.
Well prepared cake makers will have their puddings and cake already mixed, cooked, wrapped and stored.
