What makes the Hunter 44550 particularly good value is that it is a 7 day device. Other cheap digital thermostats are only 5-1-1 or 5+2 devices. The Hunter 44550 gives you 4 periods to set up for each day of the week. This means the heating can be set to turn up when you wake, turn down when you are at work, turn up again when you return from the workplace and then turn down when you go to bed. By matching the thermostat schedule with your schedule waste is avoided and money is saved.
The Hunter 44550 digital programmable thermostat can regulate most 24 volt heating and cooling systems including hot water, central air, heating only, cooling only and heat pumps without auxiliary.
